MEET THE FAMILY:
Lloyd G. Campbell, II – Vice President/Secretary
Lloyd is the President and CEO of Enterprising Partners, LLC, an IT Consulting firm specializing in IT Audit & Risk Assessments, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity, and the Implementation of Cost Effective Enterprise Solutions.
Lloyd has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from Pace University (NYC), and has worked for several Fortune 100 companies including Merrill Lynch, Citicorp, JP Morgan, Standard & Poor’s, Bear Stearns, Nomura Securities, and Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Born of Jamaican parents, Lloyd is very much involved in giving back to his community. As one of the founding members of Family Hope Foundation, Inc., Lloyd seeks to develop and contribute to youth mentoring programs focused on exposing young minority men and women to the field of Information Technology and how to achieve successful careers in that space.

Ancil F. Tyrell - President
Ancil is the President of The Thinker, Inc., a Technology Consulting company specializing in mainframe legacy systems, software migration, and system reengineering Solutions. He is also a certified fitness instructor with five years of experience training semi-pro and professional athletes.
Ancil has his Bachelor’s of Statistics with Computer Science from Bernard M. Baruch University (NYC), and has worked for over two decades with major corporations like New York Life, Mellon Bank, Prudential, Allied Signal, and others.
Ancil emigrated from Trinidad & Tobago as a youth and later became heavily involved with the YMCA of Greater New York. It was then that he realized that there is no substitute for spending quality time with youth. As one of the founding members of The Family Hope Foundation, Inc. Ancil’s goal with the foundation is to develop high functioning programs that help adolescents transition to adulthood by learning the skills necessary to be successful in both their professional and private lives.

Karen S. Londos-Vice President/Treasurer
With a diverse background encompassing the fields of HR, accounting and business management, Karen specializes in Business Operations and Development. As President of K-LO Enterprises, Inc., she assists small and new businesses structure successful and efficient operating procedures by blue-printing their operation.
Though her educational background was in the field of Engineering and Mathematics, she spent several years learning all aspects of running a business, before starting her own consulting company in 2007.
Karen’s passion has always been in service to others with a strong desire to make a difference in the world. As a divorced, single parent, she understands first hand the struggles that fractured families endure and the need for educational and mentoring services. As a founding member of The Family Hope Foundation, Inc. it is her desire to help develop mentoring and support programs that focus on spiritual growth and values that foster confident, motivated and successful leaders for tomorrow.
